In a good way.
So it's been a dream of mine to work on a comic, hell it's my dream job. I recently caught up with a friend of mine who I haven't talked to in a couple months. It turns out he has wanted to do a comic for the longest time too, and he has a friend who can write it for us. And I have a friend who can do the penciling, while I will be inker of course.
So we have our staff together. As if that's not enough, I have connections to a local comic shop, so if I can find a good way to print it, I may even be able to make some money off of this deal.
And I'm not even in college yet!
It's like christmas came early this year.
So on a side note, does anyone make use of Large-size scanner services as provided by a kodak store or anything like that? I could use some hints on that, because my scanner is far too small for the size of work I'm starting to get into. I'm working in a 11"x14" pad now, and I also have some pieces in the 18"x24" range that I still haven't scanned from senior year of high school. Any help greatly appreciated!
